What we store

• A cookie remembering that you confirmed you are 21+ (30 days). We never ask for your birth date.
• Your chosen search area (a ZIP, city or approximate coordinates) in your browser so results stay local. Your browser only shares your precise location if you tap "Use my location".
• Chat messages you send to Smokey, kept for a limited time to answer you and improve answers.
• Your email address if you set a price alert, used only for those alerts.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with dispensaries or advertisers.
